With a decade and a half of experience in the mental health field, Glenna is trained to treat individual adults and couples with a wide variety of personal struggles or mental health challenges. She specializes in treating anxiety based disorders including Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and even general stress management. She diligently works with her clients to find solutions, rather than simply treating symptoms. Every client is treated with understanding and concern.
Recently, Glenna has expanded her services to include public speaking and small group training. She transfers the knowledge and experience gained in her education into practical tips for self-improvement to all of her audiences. As an engaging speaker, she wants her listeners to know two things: there is too much information in the world for anyone to have to struggle, and everyone has the capacity to experience amazing change, with the right tools and supports.
